How to Save Your Favorite Affirmations
You will scroll past the right line at some point. Everyone does. It shows up on a normal Tuesday, lands hard, and then you swipe and it is gone into a few thousand others. Saving is the fix, and it is worth doing greedily. A saved line is not just kept, it becomes something you can point your reminders and your widget at, so the lines that already worked on you are the ones that keep coming back. Here is how to do it in Attraya on your iPhone.

Key takeaways
Tap the heart on any affirmation to save it to your favorites.
Your favorites live in one place so you can come back to the lines that land.
Use favorites as a reminder source or as a widget source.
Saving favorites is free and unlimited.
How to Save and Use Favorites
Double Tap the Card
In the full screen viewer, double tap anywhere on the affirmation. A heart appears and it is saved. There is also a heart button in the side bar.
Find Them Later
On the Affirmations tab, tap the Favorites tile. Everything you saved is there, newest first.
Make Them Your Reminders
In Reminders, set Favorites as the source. Now your daily notifications only send lines you already picked.
Put Them on Your Widget
Favorites also work as a widget source, so your home screen shows the lines that landed instead of random ones.

Why saving affirmations makes them work harder
A saved affirmation is not just kept, it becomes a source you can aim the rest of the app at. Point your daily reminders and your lock screen widget at your favorites, and the lines that already landed on you are the ones that keep coming back, instead of random ones from the whole library.
So save greedily, including the lines that make you a little uncomfortable, since those often mark the thing worth working on. Then set them as your daily reminders or your lock screen widget.
Tips for a Useful Favorites List
Save more than feels sensible
It costs nothing and there is no limit. A big list is easy to narrow later. A missed line is gone.
Save the uncomfortable ones
The line you almost skipped is usually the one doing the work. Keep it.
Clear it out sometimes
Every month or so, remove the ones that stopped landing. Favorites should feel current, not archived.
Point your reminders at it
Favorites as your reminder source is the single best upgrade to your notifications.
